Bionic hand prostheses

The HI.BIONIC.HAND company is engaged in the design and manufacture of bionic hand prostheses. The company plans to have a series production in the near future, which will be a bionic prosthesis controlled by 2 EMG sensors. The prosthesis is multifunctional: individual flexion-extension of all fingers, separation-retraction of the thumb, flexion-extension of the wrist, rotation of the wrist. Grip strength is regulated by feedback. Easy to control thanks to the use of algorithms close to physiological. Due to the use of modern composite materials, titanium parts, light alloys, it is light, strong and wear-resistant. The company is also engaged in the design of a sensor to be implanted on the nerve, which will later enable the prosthesis to be controlled intuitively and provide the prosthesis with a sense of touch and heat.
